We had the new service to provide large screen and project, TV tuner, etc. Which were installed in the living room of the guest room to create an environment for watching TV programs and movies on a large screen.
My apt is located in a great location in a traditional quiet street of SHINJYUKU. Everything is close to you. shopping, restaurants, bars, cafes, izakayas, famous department stores(like shinjyuku maruetsu, etc) and more!.
7 minutes walk(650m) from HIGASHI-shinjyuku station.
8 minutes walk(700m) from Shinjukusanchoume Station.
14 minutes walk(1.1km) from Shinjyuku station.
And also important that, the environment around the apartment is EXTREME quiet. it is very rare in Shinjyuku area.
